The Application of Information and Communication Technologies to Teaching, Research, and Administration (AICTTRA) Conference is a premier annual international conference hosted by Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
Organized in strategic collaboration with the Africa Centre of Excellence (ACE) and the OAU ICT-Driven Knowledge Park (OAK-Park) — a World Bank-supported initiative — AICTTRA serves as a multidisciplinary crossroads where experts converge to exchange transformative ideas and practical experiences across the digital landscape.

Two Decades of Digital Excellence
AICTTRA was established in 2005 at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, as a proactive response to the global ICT revolution. Launched with strategic funding from the Carnegie Corporation of New York, its early focus was the modernization of academic and administrative workflows.
In 2015, AICTTRA became a cornerstone of the ACE OAK-PARK — a World Bank initiative — which elevated the conference from a national academic gathering into a West African regional knowledge hub for digital development and human capacity building.
What began as a singular focused meeting has matured into a sophisticated Multi-Conference ecosystem, with concurrent specialized tracks in Cybersecurity, ICT4D, Big Data, and e-Health.

Topics of Interest
Novel research in all practical areas of the sub-themes is welcome. Submissions from academia, government, and industry are encouraged.

Authors are advised to observe all deadlines strictly.
Submit Your Research
We invite authors to submit original and unpublished work as full papers (4–8 pages) or extended abstracts (1–2 pages). Accepted full papers will be presented at the conference; extended abstracts as A1-size posters.
All submissions must follow IEEE formatting instructions and be submitted electronically in MS Word (.doc) format. Maximum acceptable plagiarism similarity index is 15%.
Outstanding papers will be considered for extended publication in the Ife Journal of Information and Communication Technology. All accepted papers will be included in the AICTTRA'26 conference proceedings.
A Zoom presentation option is available for remote participants, but physical attendance is strongly encouraged.

Limited spaces are available for companies and individuals wishing to exhibit products and services during the conference at affordable rates. Exhibitors are given 10–20 minutes of spotlight presentation time during sessions.
